Grades
Upload Scores Hangs In Large Courses
- System: Canvas
- Problem: In Grades, when utilizing 'Upload Scores' within large courses, after confirming your changes with 'Save Changes', the browser spins and then the page goes blank. This appears to be the case in all popular browsers.
- Workaround: Manually remove "gradebook_upload" from the URL to enter back into the course. Note: Uploaded grades will continue to populate in a matter of minutes but you must refresh the page to see this occurring.
- Status: Under investigation.

Subscript and Superscript too small in default font size
- System: Canvas
- Problem: When creating questions, and using Subscript or Superscript, the number is too small to be readable on many computer screens without zooming in.
- Workaround: Increase the font size if you are using sub or superscript, even if it looks ok on your monitor.
- Status: A feature request has been submitted to Canvas. You can vote here: https://help.instructure.com/entries/45684970-Default-font-size-is-larger-in-question-body

Page Error When Attempting to Reset Course Content
- System: Canvas
- Problem: This error will occur for courses that have had an LTI tool added and then launched within the course after June 14. Trying to reset course content after that has been done will not be completed, and you will instead receive the Page Error message.
- Workaround: Unfortunately, there are no good workarounds for this in the meantime; courses will have to be re-created at the account level, either manually or via SIS Import. Please contact Learning Support Services at 352-392-4357 option 3 or via e-mail at learning-support@ufl.edu for assistance.
- Status: Under investigation by Canvas engineers. [#612056]
