*''Problem:'' Instructor created a Group Set and an Assignment that was assigned to that group set.  Later, the group set was deleted and recreated with the same name.  The Assignment still appeared to be correct because the Group Set was named the same thing, but when students submitted, the Assignment treated every student as his/her own group.  There should have been an alert when deleting the original Group Set that there was an Assignment attached and that the new Group Set would have to be re-attached.
